It took more than three months for the stray cat I fed to finally enter this little house. It was fairly easy to assemble and fairly waterproof. My only real complaint is that I wish the roof had been lengthened a few more inches. I think this prevents water splashing and ingress and also provides more protection in strong winds. The price quality is good but if it deteriorates I will not buy again. However, I wasn't sure if the cat would use it at all, so I didn't want to invest too much money. I'm not sure how well it protects him in winter but I'll wait and see. I don't think I can really recommend this for a true street cat.
