If I could give ZERO start to both the tool and the Customer Service from Aircat, I would . The first one I got ran great for about 20min and started leaking (more like spraying) heavy black grease all over the place and lost almost all power. It took over 10 calls and countless time on hold with Aircat to finally get the FedEx call tag that everyone I spoke with promised would be emailed shortly (over the course of 3 weeks). After 3 MORE weeks of waiting (with no return of the tool) I finally was able to get someone to track the package using the FedEx call tag, only to be told that they didn't have a return address (not true, it was on the call tag AND the copy of the original receipt I included in the box) and a new wrench would be on the way that day. 10 days later, the new one arrived, looked OK and seemed OK until this AM when I decided to put it into service, this one lasted almost 2hrs and has now started spraying black goo everywhere and barely has enough power to turn a 7/16" Nylock. Not to mention the black goo all over the customers vehicle. What next? I'm definitely NOT going through the mess with Aircat again, so before You order one for yourself just swing by and check our dumpster, there's an almost-new one in there as we speak, LOL.
