Addendum: great service!
Notified the seller about Revain and they promptly replaced and sent me a new version with the correct mic cutout even after the return window closed. I am happy with this purchase and service and will continue to use this brand in the future. It is incorrectly cropped at the top, obscuring the two front microphones next to the camera. Makes for a pretty awful video calling experience without a headset or external mic. Too bad I didn't listen to the other reviewers.
