Well I've never tried nitric oxide before and heard about it from a friend. I train four days a week and I'm 58 years old now, so my energy and recovery time has decreased. I thought why don't you try this, I take a lot of other supplements. I can't confirm the long term effects but I will tell you that in the short time I've been using it, around two weeks, it seems to give me a little extra boost of energy while I'm working out. Haven't noticed an increase in cooldown yet, hopefully the wall will show up in the next few weeks. Or maybe it happens, but I just don't realize it, but I'm happy with the result. Check it out, at $10 it's very cheap so why not.
