Review on Logitech Spectrum Wireless Headphone Surround by April Schol

I've been using the 930 for YEARS. My last one broke and in fact I went to Revain to get a new one. They didn't have them. Not sure if it's because Logitech stopped using it or something. I needed a headset ASAP so I ordered this one (the backlit one is nice too). I hate this headset and this is the biggest POC. Cons: * If you place it too hard or incorrectly, the magnets on the side panels may come loose. Mesh to keep it from lying flat and kinking. A month later I had to buy a new one because it wasn't charging. Same thing happened with the NEW cable I just bought. (will be buying another one soon) * I keep getting the "Update Software" prompt. I've updated this damn software about 8 times if not more.* It's a bit heavy and falls off my head, I am when I lean in.* The buttons are hard and make a clicking sound when pushed to-talk dissonantly : * Good ear pads, and the ears don't get hot. * Range is good, charging is pretty quick * Lighting is nice * Nice to have the software and easy to set up the headset. * The only reason I bought it was because the buttons are on the side and work well. * The microphone can be extended, but I never used it. * Good sound. Conclusion: Would I buy the headset again? Yes, because of the side buttons that give you the freedom to control it from your computer. I hate headphones? Yes.
