Dear Ausanat, could you provide your email address? I think mine is broken. I've had it for a month or so now. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. At the moment I have it connected to the charger and try to turn it on but nothing happens. Also, there is no charge indicator. This is a really nice air purifier and if it works I think it must do something as the filter is grey. However, I can't predict if it will turn on or not. It definitely only works on a flat surface, which is annoying if you want to prop it up in some other way or hang it from a strap. If I've used it at night it turns on, it's dead in the morning so it definitely can't run more than a couple of hours on a single charge. I'm hoping for a replacement and will update this review. The reason I kept it and didn't return it right away was because I really wanted it to work. I thought I was doing something wrong which is why it's so finicky. I followed the full charge instructions before using it. The instructions are short and poorly written. I would definitely like more information on the correct loading methods, whether it works hanging or side, etc.
