Sorry to write this but the motor I bought only lasted 1 month on my 3D printer. The quality of the engine is very low compared to competitors. Customer service was difficult to deal with and I ended up with no support for the motor product I purchased. I contacted customer service to ensure I was using the correct motor size for my application, which we found. I was offered half a discount on a new motor if I buy another. But I don't want to buy another one only to have it stop working again after 1 month. For reference, similar engines from other companies have been running on the same machine for more than 2 years. Maybe I was just unlucky and had a broken motor, but you should still know that the motor you buy from Singasong can only last 1 month.
