I have an Apple 12 Pro and at first I thought the unit was broken because it wouldn't charge the phone (the bar didn't light up to indicate it was charging). I plugged and unplugged the cable from the device about 3 times and then it started charging (I tested all 7 connectors. I chose the marble one and it's very attractive on the table. I also like the standard weight cable and the regular plug. This is my second charging hub. The first one is over 8 years old and 4 out of 7 ports are @dead". It also had a thin cable and a large plastic plug. The marble one is heavier and taller but takes the Same space on the table.A regular plug and a regular (thicker) cord is better too.The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it was difficult to get it to charge my phone at first Since then no problems.
