I wanted to love this lens so bad. However, after months of trying to tweak various settings, I can't seem to get the autofocus to stop poking around. Shooting in manual mode is fantastic and the Fuji colors are second to none as always. The lens produces a very nice bokeh (blurred background) and is incredibly bright. But a fast lens doesn't do much if I can't hit the focus points. The eye/face detection is not instantaneous on this lens, which is unusual as it is primarily a function of the camera. That being said, other Fuji lenses seem to be more common and accurate.
