I bought this to use as a stroke rehab tool to help me lift my foot correctly to take a proper step. I am not using it like the photo shows. I use it to attach the bungee cord part from my waist to my foot as I do with my Physical Therapist. It is good quality and looks like it will last a long time. I am very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend snd would purchase again.
