A new mop has arrived, perfectly packaged, nothing was missing. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the mop reached the steam point. I haven't tried all of the attachments yet, but the grout brush did an amazing job and it seems like there's an attachment that can do almost any job that needs doing. Removing the portable part from the stand was a little tricky, and putting it back together was even more difficult, but it did require a bit of dexterity in the end. Overall I really like the power of the jet mop, it holds quite a bit of water so you can clean an entire room (maybe a few) without having to stop and fill the tank. I really wish there was a way to stop the steam coming out when you stop, for a moment. I would recommend this steam cleaner to anyone. With powerful vapor and a variety of attachments, it's lightweight and really gets the job done.
