I am buying 5 cabinet conversion kits; Use for socks etc drawers. This is a quality full extension drawer extension; I highly recommend. The slides are smooth and durable. They use standard "latches" to pull out the drawer after installation. They fit my application perfectly; They are more than strong enough to support any weight the crate can support. I would guess that some of the complaints I've read are more to do with installation issues; Assembling the drawers and installing them correctly takes some practice. A few installation tips if you haven't already: - If you don't get a full extension, you most likely didn't install the rail all the way forward. opening - or you simply bought the wrong size slide. If you are using a 10" slide, the maximum depth of your drawer should be between 10" and 11".
