I received the wrong or defective item. I want a refund
The one you showed in the picture says "savon pour les main" but the one I received is a Netoyant gel. I've used Byredo's Tulipmania Hand Wash a few times in the past and it's definitely NOT the same. This one smells so awful it makes me nauseous and even the texture is wrong!
