Okay so I was having trouble with my original piercing bar because I think that my tongue is just sensitive to certain metals, so I had a lot of discharge; I've only had this one in for about a day and I can already notice a difference! When I woke up this morning, I went to check on it in the mirror and there was no discharge whatsoever and my tongue is was perfectly happy. I would just recommend that you make sure you're screwed in nice and tight because mine already almost fell out (not due to the jewelry, but due to my not having it screwed in enough). I can very easily recommend this jewelry to other piercing friends and not worry about any bad reactions or worry about the contruction of the piece and I really like that this bar is internally threaded so that it doesn't scrape against the walls of my piercing.
