I like that all aspects are linked together, even if they have been previously tracked separately or not at first place! Some fields can be better for example 'Sales Order' field is pretty much useless because you cannot track order details without also tracking its related products (which again requires an additional entry).Tracking orders/invoices as well with inventory management system has never really solved my problem since both systems were always outdated so we had some issues regarding invoicing dates etc., but tracciated was able solve almost every issue thanks mainly about their great customer support team who helped us out many times when things went wrong during our projects implementation process!
