Why don't you mention that they aren't certified for use in 2022 and so not covered by the warranty, I ask the seller. Is the guarantee still valid, and how do you plan to fix the problem? The problem was fixed, and the headphones were returned with full reimbursement. They said there was a problem with the delivery. There are benefits to it: They're functional, the headphones themselves don't raise any red flags (albeit the casing on the front side is slightly worn, despite they came packaged), but they hurt after extended use. The call quality is superb in both ways, and the music is well-received. Nevertheless, I thought they wouldn't hurt to wear, so I didn't take them off. I tried them on first to make sure, however after about half an hour the discomfort sets in. Millimeter adjustments are useless once they are on properly. I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase replacement overlays (I had read that doing so would fix the problem; currently, I'm making do with small ones, but they don't fit well and are too hard to remove), but they informed me that the serial number indicated that the headphones were intended for use in the United Arab Emirates and were not certified until 2022.
