Review on SmartSearch by Michael Gupta

It's very easy to use as it does not require you have previous experience with other software used for recruitment or HR functions (Eg., PeopleSoft) like most of our competitors do; plus its great support team! The only downside I can think about right now would be having more features available compared those offered at some competitor products such us RecruiterPro which has better integrations between different modules including Talent Management Module etc.; however we are solving this problem using smartsearch cloud platform so no worries there :) We're currently looking into new ways how we could improve user experiences even further via AI / Machine Learning capabilities but nothing specific yet ;) Currently working closely along side senior management who oversee business needs & requirements gathering process across multiple departments within organization therefore being able to identify what they need before asking them directly helps alot ;). I like how easy it was to find candidates for specific positions as well as post jobs. The ability to have multiple recruitment agencies connected at once makes finding qualified applicants much easier than ever before! There are some minor glitches with the software but they seem to be working towards fixing them. We had been using other tools previously so we were able to transition over fairly easily. This has made our process very efficient.
