I've used shaving brushes all my life. In the spring he sheds his skin like a Siberian husky. I "sent back" the first one because the bristles came out so freely. It took several letters to send back without paying the freight. The second was just as bad. I've never had this problem with other brushes. You know it throws a lot when you have to pull the plug to clean the "carefully hand-tied bristles" out of the drain. I take care of my shaving brushes. This is clearly a manufacturing issue that has not been resolved. expensive mistake.
