Hunt and fish with this underwater drone

My husband is a keen fisherman and he thought it would be a fun device to use in the lake to help with fishing when we go camping. This is a first person underwater drone attached to a Wi-Fi buoy on a fifty (50) foot tether and controlled by your cell phone using the Chasing Dory Mobile App which is free to download and compatible with IOS and is compatible with Android smartphones. This underwater drone comes with a case, tether, WiFi buoy and charger (only the drone needs to be charged). Design features of this drone include two (2) LED headlights on the front to illuminate photos and videos and five (5) motors: two (2) in the front, two (2) in the rear and one (1) in the rear . top.To work, connect one end of the tether to the dory and the other end to the WiFi buoy, making sure to tighten the sleeve securely. Once the cable is connected, Dory will turn on and you will hear a musical tone. Please note that there is no actual on/off button on the dory or buoy. Then connect your mobile phone to Dory's WiFi network and open the Chasing Dory Mobile App. Enter the password 1234567 for the first WiFi connection. You can choose video mode or photo mode. The video mode records at 1080p, which is good and crisp. Once the drone is powered on, you can click on the red padlock icon and a lightbulb icon will appear. If you touch the lightbulb icon, turn on the LED headlights. There are two (2) speeds: low speed and high speed. Touch the screen and the virtual joysticks will appear. You can customize the left or right joystick as you like. The joystick controls the Dory like a normal flying drone: you can move forward, backward, up, down and turn left or right. The screen shows water temperature, depth, and total kilometers traveled, which is handy. There's a tilt button (rocket icon next to the video capture button) that lets you tilt Dory up or down 45 degrees. There is also a "Live Stream" button that allows you to send live video to social networks. Another nice feature is the satellite and the percentage of battery remaining. Dory has 16GB of internal memory, and photos and videos can be uploaded to social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, etc. via Wi-Fi. Photo filters are included in the mobile app. This allows you to edit without having to use third-party photo editing software, which is nice. There are some minor things that my husband could think of better, but he still thinks this is a fun and useful gadget for underwater adventures. He had to manually disable the "chasing Dory" watermark in the mobile app settings every time Dory was turned on, which was annoying. Also, the right stick is too close to the tilt button. He also noted that due to the lack of a filter or protective coating, dirt can easily become lodged in engines. There is also no "Return Home" button like on standard flying drones. This would be useful if your Dory ran out of battery and you want to get it back quickly. However, since the dory is connected by a cable, you can technically retract the dory by pulling on the cable in hopes the dory doesn't come loose. Here are some helpful tips: - Try not to turn on the drone unless it is submerged in water. in water as this may damage the engine. This drone is designed to operate underwater. If you get an "unlock failed" error message, try putting your phone in airplane mode and then activating the app. If Dory starts turning and turning or doesn't respond, pick her up. out of the water to make sure there is no debris stuck in any of the thruster holes. - If you need to take the dory apart for repairs use all but one mini philips screw. The last screw on the back uses a mini hex head screw. - Check the mobile app for firmware updates before each use of Dory.
