Excellent toothpick!

When I ordered these brushes I thought they were nylon bristle brushes on one end. You are not! They are flat bristles shaped like parts of a toothpick. All the better! I wondered how they could be so cheap. They are simply shaped plastic toothpicks with tiny flexible teeth on the other end. Oh, and the side of the pickaxe has a couple of little ridges on the flat sides to help clear up the buildup. Let me tell you: YOU ARE AMAZING! My wife and kids thought I was crazy getting excited about these things. They are ideal for those who maintain regular oral hygiene. You can remove the toughest food particles or fibrous fibers! OK, that's right. The end of the toothpick is shaped like a knife: sharp at the end and quite hard. But I think this is one of the best features! This shape makes it possible to insert the pimple between the teeth directly at the gum line and to clean both teeth in and out in several passes. The fact that the spike is thin on one side, like a knife, allows it to penetrate the gaps between closely spaced teeth. Use the thick side on the top teeth, then the thick side on the bottom teeth. If you use them this way, they're pretty convenient - DAY 1! The pickaxe alone removes most food debris. The brush at the other end is shaped into a thin rod that fits into even tighter spaces than the side of the brush. The brush can then be manipulated as needed to remove even the most stubborn food debris. I often rotate the whole brush/stone to get the brush side to do its thing. My dad was a big fan of wooden toothpicks but I could never get them to work for me. They didn't fit between my teeth. I could never point the dot to the right place to get food. NOW I HAVE THE GLORY OF USING A GOOD TOOTHPICK! I have never used a better interdental cleaner - PERIOD! BUY IT! USE THEM! You will love them!
