I went to the Amazon warranty department when it broke down on the third day (the mouse itself does not respond to manipulations, but the receiver does). It turned out that the serial number on the box was accurate, but that it was DIFFERENT on the mouse! They shrugged and sent me out the door in the warranty department, telling me to go to the warehouse because we have nothing to do with it and paws. I arrived at the warehouse; proceed to the warranty division. Yes, I'll admit that I didn't anticipate this would occur because I always relied solely on the appearance of the item at the store. There is no doubt that the warehouse staff were mistreated. Those from Logitech support have their own tune. As soon as I got back from Amazon, I wrote to them. After 8 days, a response in the form of "This is an automatic response because we are very busy. If the device isn't working for you, try checking the batteries, blowing the sensor, etc." There has been no reply for the past two weeks.
