Review on Organic Activated 🌿 Charcoal by MY Natural Infusions by Terri Owen

I bought this last year and it was perfect for my shower needs! I felt like it really cleanses my body without dishonoring it. Gentle and effective. It wasn't hard to buy another one when it fell apart. So I ordered one and within a week of daily use it started falling apart so badly that I couldn't use it anymore. I contacted customer service, they were very nice, they refunded my money and sent me another one. THE SAME HAPPENED TO HIM. Very frustrating because the first one I bought lasted over 6 months of daily use! I contacted support again to request another refund and told them not to worry about sending a replacement. I switched to another brand that has been good so far. Edit: September 18, 2019 The seller contacted me and offered to send me a replacement sponge. Actually they wanted to ship 2 out of 2 different batches so I could check and let them know if there is a problem with any of the batches. What wonderful customer service! They also thanked me for giving them the opportunity to resolve the issue. I appreciate it when companies stand by their word, stand up for their company values and really stand behind their products. I haven't received the replacement sponges yet, but the customer service alone is enough to make me think twice before buying my next body sponge.
