Review on ⏰ Jensen JCR-232 Brown Clock Radio by Loren Jacobson

The LOOK of this clock radio is nice but that's the best I can say about it. I returned mine because the radio didn't work despite trying for an hour to get it to use the owner's manual. And I'm glad it was defective because at least I was able to return the item without paying the shipping cost. The controls are illogical to say the least. In an attempt to make all the clock and radio controls work with the six knobs on top (probably because it was cheaper), the manufacturer made something as simple as cranking up the volume as difficult as trying to program a 1980's VCR. I'd happily spend more money to get a few separate controls and better build quality. This thing is made of plastic so light it will blow away in a light breeze. And that's the problem with these clock radios: they're poorly made, with no regard for usability or durability. Very disappointing.
