The concept, the colour, the resolution, the finish, everything is good, really good. They are beautiful to look at and I use them in my home art gallery to free up some wall space. But the applications - garbage that reduces the "dynamics" of the frame. If you were expecting to change images, galleries or even settings on the fly, forget it. This OS application is not easy to set up and I became a techie. A day later I still don't understand how you manage local content (not web content). It's not integrated with anything. Drive locations, flash drives, Alexa, Chromecast, mainstream cloud drives, etc. Outdated technology given 2019 release date and user guide inconsistent. A better/clearer written user manual would fix some of these shortcomings. Too many tracks and mistakes. It's a $150 item with a $400 sticker on it. last thought If it were a mainstream product, its roots would be understood and would give us multiple options.
