Perfect tool for making great crepes!

I do love crepes, especially a delicate lemon crepe. Problem is, when I use my cast iron griddle pan, the thing gets so hot, and is so hefty, that it's challenging to swirl the batter around as I need to do to make the perfect thin crepe that I prefer. I saw this pan, and thought I'd take a chance on ordering it, but was skeptical, since it's made in China. No need for skepticism, it turns out, because this pan makes BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT crepes! It's so lightweight that it's super easy to swirl the batter around, and it's easy to lift the finished crepes from the nonstick pan. As a rule, as well, I loathe nonstick pans, but this one is my new favorite. It's a shallow enough pan that it perfectly holds and turns out crepes, but it's easy to get the spatula under the edge of the crepe to lay it out or prep it for serving. There are no hotspots with my pan. It cooks very evenly, distributes the heat perfectly, and is light in my hand.Just what my delicious breakfast crepes and omelets deserve! LOVE my new crepe and omelet pan!
