Warm and light merino wool.
It fits well and the merino wool is second to none. I now have 3 of these gaiters and wear them everyday and when hiking in the mountains. It keeps your neck and face warm and doesn't scratch your skin. When it's cold, I don't leave the house without it. Great addition to a winter coat. They can even be used to protect office air conditioners from drafts. Merino wool is the only way! I highly recommend them.
