Update: The new device works well, but the fact is that there are keycaps with an additional coating that do not appear smooth to small dots on the surface. So I find it very important that the keyboard makes an extra effort to figure out which device is good. And in my experience, two devices together cannot make a perfect keyboard. I think when it's a Logitech keyboard people are a lot less tolerant. And count on Revain for this brand and quality. I don't think buying from their official website is a good idea. It is also suspicious that their official website uses multiple sellers on Revain. And never claims which is her official account. Very dishonest. But the product is still ok. But I'd rather pay $10 more and they could focus on customer service and quality control. I will continue to use this keyboard. Two stars for questionable quality control. I have found that this device is selfish in the Bluetooth connection, it will try to take over another device's channel despite the fact that it should be friendly to other devices. When I used keychorn, not only did the device itself not work well with my MacBook Pro 2019, but it also interfered with all my trusted Apple and non-Apple devices. I need to turn off the other device and let the other devices find the unused channel to make room for the Keychron keyboard. Very SMART technology. 1. Purchase: I just bought a new device. The left shift key is noticeably stiffer (like a blue switch, but I bought a keyboard with a red switch) than all of the other keys, whether it's bigger or smaller. As some people know, the main part of a mechanical keyboard is the big key. Based on that, I think it's a quality control issue. I ordered another one and sent the old one back. And see if Keychron can give itself another opportunity.
