So overall this is a great strong item, smooth, easy to assemble, neutral with clean lines etc. I just want to point out one thing that was different from that is what I expected: there is nothing in the design to keep the pockets open/in place in their place. You thread pieces of wire through the top of each bag that just hang from the pieces of wire where they sit on the rails and that's fine. But there are no grooves in the top rails to keep the bag straps in place. So depending on how you load the bags, they won't always stay level and they won't always stay fully open. If you're throwing things from a distance, a piece of wire can easily knock off because it's just sitting on the rail and isn't attached in any way. If that's what you want, great. But I do not know. So I grabbed a handful of small black zip ties and strategically secured a few spots, clipped the tails so it wouldn't be noticeable, and now I'm happy. I don't need to remove the bags as it's just a laundry sorter and sits in my laundry room next to the washing machine. I just need the pockets to stay in place and now they are.
