Felt paper piece was crumpled as others have said and along with other 1 star customers I totally agree; Three pieces are too shaky to make a functional product out of. The incense stick falls to the side and the ashes fall on the table. Someone else mentioned that they thought their item was used because there was a piece of incense stick inside. I had it too and thought it had been used before. But now I'm wondering if they put that other random piece of wood in the hole on purpose to make it smaller without altering the piece itself, and I hope you don't. Notification? I do not know. I'm looking for a holder that will do the job right and this is clearly not the one. Come back.
