Excellent customer service

I was wrong in concluding that this inverter is defective. I contacted support and they agreed to send a replacement. The problem turned out to be a new defective DC disconnect switch feeding the inverter. I had to contact support again but this time to apologize for my mistake. After replacing the circuit breaker with a fuse, the inverter worked very well. I use it to power an inductive load (a 5000 BTU window air conditioner).
