I bought this tape to cover a 2 x 6 foot decorative rug that lays over/covers a 12 foot power strip extension chord that runs from the wall to my power reclining couches in the center of the living room. Ive had the rug there for 4 years & have tried numerous things ( non skid rug mats) & tapes (duct, masking, frog,) to keep the rug in place to no avail! Alas, a MIRACLE! This tape stuck to both my room carpeting and the rug and it hasn't moved one inch (stays exactly where I put the rug). No more tripping over the rug, constantly moving the rug to cover the extension chord, and I can even vacuum right over it without it moving. This tape is the BEST and it REALLY WORKS!
