I took a chance not expecting such results. The solution looks like tar. That's exactly what I had in mind before I came across this product. I had no idea I saw exactly that. I had to apply three coats and did what the manufacturer suggested, lightly wiping the dry area with rubbing alcohol to give it a textured look. I did that after 30 minutes, otherwise the whole app would have been uninstalled. I used an alcohol wipe (I had a regular medical wipe that you can find in any store). This diluted the dried solvent, and I pressed my finger firmly on the spot. slowly lifting finger and slowly pressing again to soften the finish and give it a matte and leathery texture to match my broken guitar case. I took 3 pictures: (1) BEFORE, (2) ONE LAYER and (3) FINAL THIRD LAYER after the alcohol wipe. In the light of the camera, the repair looks more obvious than in real life.
