Review on Kelty by Chris Pettway

Because I am such an avid fan of the great outdoors, I was really looking forward to checking out the Kelty online store. They offer to assist customers in getting the most out of their trips into the great outdoors. To say that my experience was anything but satisfying would be an understatement. To begin, the website was badly designed and difficult to use, which made it tough for me to locate the appropriate equipment for my requirements. Second, the customer service was subpar, with people who were unhelpful and looked more focused in selling me items rather than truly providing assistance to me. To make matters even more difficult, the product selection was unimpressive, with few available selections and items of low quality. When I went into a store that supposedly specializes in the exploration of the great outdoors, I expected better. My experience with Kelty Outdoor Store as a whole was negative, and as a result, I would not suggest the store to anyone who is serious about their involvement in outdoor activities.
