The gel loops are not big enough to fill my meals. Also, I'd rather carry running belts on my back than wrap the weight around my stomach, but that causes the bottle to squirt out! It's not pleasant when a Gatorade fountain spurts out of your thigh. Otherwise, once you get used to having a pocket on the front, it's actually comfortable and doesn't ride up and down like other straps I've had in the past.
