I use macOS Catalina on my 27-inch iMac, which I use to hold several Zoom meetings each week. I took this webcam out of the box and installed it on my iMac, plugged it into a USB port and selected it in Zoom. It was so easy to set up. No drivers had to be installed, no settings had to be made. In this case, I can usually fix the problem by holding my hand in front of the lens for a few seconds. When I take my hand away, the image is normal (not overexposed).
