Great product, suitable for POS devices
I use it to scan books in bookstores, thrift stores etc. I like to carry it upside down so the scanner part is in my palm holder, it's more comfortable, it's easier for my thumb to press the scan button, and I can better protect it from accidental bumps. Most of the time it scans with no problems on the first try, but sometimes I have to scan multiple times before it beeps, but that's more due to the scan angle, light reflections from the glossy cover, damage to the barcode, etc. than the scanner itself. I'd like to turn off the beep , but I couldn't find any function for it on the net.
