I received mine today and tried to put my Macbook Pro 2015 Retina 15.6 inch laptop on XTOP and I felt that it was the laptop can't keep safe and secure. I didn't feel like it was going to slide out of the XTOP's laptop mount, instead the XTOP itself began to buckle under the weight of the laptop. I feel cheated because the photos made it look like it was solid metal. but I open the box and it's just cheap plastic and it can't hold the weight it's supposed to. The description says it can hold up to a 16-inch laptop and carry up to 8 pounds. My laptop weighs about 4.5 pounds and I definitely don't feel like I can get out of my seat with my laptop holding this thing down. I think if it had shoulder straps it would make more sense to hold the macbook but unfortunately my search for a laptop strap that can carry the macbook continues.
