Based on other reviews I expected this massager to be really intense. it is not. It feels like a regular massage. I like a very rough foot massage so I was excited based on the reviews but this is regular. I will say that I have a thin female foot measuring 9.5. If you have a wide or thick foot you can feel very uncomfortable with this machine making the air pressure adjustments - it's quite tight (comfortable for me) but I can see how it will definitely be painful for those with big feet ( especially for men). I bought this to relieve my leg pain during pregnancy and it massages my arches well. Heels are completely ignored with this product, so don't buy this if you need a heel massager.
