I like that it is very easy to add custom fields or change ticket types without needing too much training/knowledge of programming languages (such as php). It's also free! Not having an option in their pricing plan list where people can pay monthly instead if paying yearly would be nice but this isn't really important so no complaints here :) Easy platform once you have learned how they work from basic functions up through advanced features such adding tickets directly within emails by customer service team member who are always willing & able help answer all my questions even when not working hours etc..
