Poor quality/doesn't wash, just mop

Poor quality (see photo): loose part diverged, threads sticking out of mop - after 1 use and wash. Not that handy to use if you really want to clean floors, which I've tried, but good luck placing the cleaning piece on your floors without having to hold the pole straight. So inconvenient to use. Don't waste money! Purchase a traditional mop/bucket or steamer.
