I recommend this if you're okay with it not getting hot. And it was easy to install, much quicker than a complete mirror replacement (I know from experience). Don't waste your time cleaning the fragile heating film off an old mirror; which should not be reused. Unlike Jeff's attempt, my attempt simply destroyed the film. Otherwise the installation would be a piece of cake. I agree, if you look closely you will notice that this jar is slightly smaller than the old jar. IMHO it still looks ok.
