Its most helpful feature is its timesheets, it's easy to use once you get used to how everything works (it took me about an hour). I have had trouble with the "Recruit" button not working properly when I try to add new candidates through that function. Also sometimes when I delete a candidate from my schedule, they are still showing up in my invoices. Sometimes there isn't any explanation given as to why this happens, but usually after several emails back and forth we can figure out what happened. It helps keep track of all our time spent doing different things. We also have a lot more control over who gets paid and who doesn't than if we were just manually entering hours into Excel every month or so. This has saved us a ton of work! We've been able to cut down by almost 50% while managing pay rates and ensuring everyone is getting their fair.
