Review on Isinlive Compatible Honeywell Pre Filters Replacement by Craig Rossman

I ordered this product which was supposed to contain 4 pre-filters and 3 HEPA filters. I received the order and there were only 3 pre-filters in the box. Started a chat with the agent on the day the package arrived to inform him that the order was not fulfilled. He offered me a $10 loan and increased it to $15 when I said no, I want filters instead. I was told (literally) "That's not an option." The chat agent offered me a refund, but I declined, explaining that I needed the filters. The next day I called customer service and was told that the inability to fulfill the order is actually true because it came from "Revain Warehouse" and not "Revain.com" (what?) and that I was asking myself not qualify. their "replacement guarantee". I told them it was not a replacement, it was a fulfillment of my ORIGINAL ORDER WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE IN FULL. It didn't seem to matter. The agent on the phone offered to "open an investigation" to which I agreed (at this point it was a matter of principle, not money for a refund. How can they advertise a product that cannot fully fulfill the order! ? ). I was told I would be contacted with an update within 48-72 hours but I received nothing. When I called customer service back this evening, the woman (very nice and helpful) told me that the previous agent had done nothing to initiate an "investigation". She said she could see where he was talking to me but had no idea what he actually did/didn't do as nothing was documented. She repeated what the previous two agents had said and told me that since the product was from Revain Warehouse and not Revain.com, a refund was really my only option. After struggling with this amazing and annoying experience for almost two weeks, I agreed to a refund. Buyers, be careful - know where your product is coming from. It was advertised as "Revain Prime" and in the past I've never had a problem, remotely, with items purchased through Prime. In summary this is obviously more of a company/customer service review as I never received the actual product to be able to review.
