Great product - I've owned it for over 2 years
Like everyone else I bought this to improve my burger game. This is the perfect tool for that and I was very happy with my purchase. My only complaint was that the edge wasn't sharp enough to get under the burger crust. Some chefs use a razor blade but that seems like a chore to me so I sharpened my blade to a super sharp blade and now it's amazing. I've attached a photo of the edging I added.
