Created bruises under my thighs. So I was very disappointed. That's because I was sinking deeper into the seat, so I lifted my hips. And at the lowest height setting, which luckily was just right for my feet. To me it looks better than it looks. But visually it is really very good. The skin looks so representative, exclusive. The armrests are firm without any softness. It's just skin with very thin foam underneath. I hope and suspect that over time the edge of the seat will break and become softer and not as hard. As for the seat itself with springs. There is no rebound, but the buttocks do not get tired either. It serves its purpose very well.
