I made the mistake of buying name brand blades online where I got blades for my 01 SVT Focus. I had very good experience with big brand blades for a 2001 car so I tried this route for my 2016 Focus ST. I hated the blades I bought. They were bulky and made intermittent clicking noises from the driver's side. I started looking for blades to replace with new ones after very little use. Based on the reviews and very happy with the original blades of this machine, I bought it. My almost unused, high quality aftermarket blades went into the bin and I archived them as another lesson I learned. Don't make the same mistake I did. I love these motorcraft blades. They're flat, quiet, and work perfectly (just like the original blades). Before installation, I wiped the edge of the new blades with a paper towel soaked in Windex.
