they are really SUPER! Some were even hung outside on windy days.

Bought these for proms and honestly didn't expect them to be used once. To my surprise, they are actually AWESOME! Some even hung outside on a windy evening and not only looked great, they lasted. They have been boxed at our PTA office for future use!
