Excellent Support Staff That Gets Results

The customer service has been excellent from beginning to end with our onboarding process through implementation! I would strongly recommend this provider if you are looking at cloud-based solution or even just using them as software consultants in general because they have some of the best support staff we've ever worked alongside when it comes down to implementing new technologies - both internally & externally within our network / agency partnerships (social work associations). We use areitoso mainly for their Social Listening capabilities so not sure how much else can be said about any other part specifically. Have used primarily via Salesforce but also implemented ourselves where appropriate/possible given business needs etc. The best thing about Areitos is the ability to have a conversation with people and get to know them on a personal level. It's simple to use and easy to navigate. Sometimes it takes a while to receive a response, and it would be great if you could add more templates for your posts. It's a great tool to use with other people. We are able to talk to people on a personal level and get to know them.

Pros
  • Has an amazing variety amount social media channels.
  • Easy integration into CRM platforms like salesForce.etc..easy tracking data between SFDC + AREITOS platform which makes life very convenient ! :) :)
  • Ability track customers by email address OR phone number; whichever way works better depending upon client requirements..not everyone uses emails anymore lol ;) ) ) Very reasonable pricing structure compared versus competitor services out there
