I bought this product in desperation - I had a nipple blister that was getting progressively worse. Once I found them and placed my order I started to feel better and when the pads arrived I didn't really get a chance to use them as I was feeling so much better. What is an assessment you ask? Well, a month later I got another painful breastfeeding wound that immediately started blistering and throbbing. I braced myself for another week or two of pain, and then I remembered I had these pads. So I put one on and it was nice and cool. Admittedly I forgot it was on when I wore it so it wasn't cooling all the time but as a plus it's very comfortable and stays great but every time I've taken it off and put it back on. it felt so good and cool again. And then it seemed crazy and two days later my bladder was completely gone! I was amazed at how it helped me heal. Especially compared to my healing process without it. Worth every penny!
