These ended up being a lot nicer than I was expecting! I'm using them for cable management on the underside and back of a standing desk. The magnet back and metal edges are not rough, so they shouldn't scratch the surface they're stuck to.If you actually need these to hold significant weight, I'd go up a size. The 22lb magnets are reasonably strong, but I'm not sure they're *that* strong.

I got these to hang things off my garage cabinet. The hooks are very small and won't hook onto almost anything. I used them to hang some small wire baskets and it took 4 to hold the basket (without anything else in it). I don't think the weight rating they give is correct.So, great for super lightweight things (mine are holding cotton balls and foam blocks), but pretty useless for anything else.

These are the absolute best magnet ever seen. We use them on the BBQ to hang utensils, oven to hang oven mit anywhere you can think to use them. Very strong!

First of all this was delivered very promptly and that was great. The real problem with this item is just default of its construction. Mainly, the magnet is just too small to provide any usefulness for these magnetic hooks. Short of holding up a feather there's not much weight these things can bear and I mean very very little weight.
